Deleting your account is permanent. Your profile, conversations and media are removed and cannot be recovered.
Delete from the app
- Open Delal and sign in.
- Tap your profile picture at the top of the Chats screen.
- Tap Delete Account, enter your password and confirm.
Your account and data are deleted right away.
Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email info@bircode.tech from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my Delal account". We'll verify your request and delete your data within 30 days.

Fill in the form to prepare your email request. It opens your email app with the details filled in — nothing is sent from this page.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, username, email address and photo.
- Your sign-in credentials.
- Your conversations and the media you uploaded.
- Your notification token.
What may be kept
- Records of reports, where needed to keep Delal safe.
- Information we are required by law to keep.
